Principal Technical Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Consultant (Integrations/AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software platforms
• Develop integration strategies and architectures while ensuring adherence to best practices
• Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in configuration/development for integration technologies
• Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Experience with architecting systems integrations and creating complex architecture diagrams
• Understanding of AI models, deep learning models, and generative AI
• Extensive experience with integration technologies such as Web Services (REST/SOAP), middleware, and SaaS technologies
