Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Benefits Consulting Practice (Client Success) to lead strategic client engagement efforts remotely across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the voluntary benefit market and advise clients on business goals
- Conduct regular client meetings to ensure alignment and identify value creation opportunities
- Coordinate new or changing voluntary benefit offerings and collaborate with internal teams for effective client engagement
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in client success or consulting within voluntary benefits or related industries
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Life, Health & Accident licenses required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
- In-depth knowledge of employee benefits, focusing on voluntary benefits and related technologies
- Experience managing large employer groups (10,000+ employees) and demonstrated success in client retention and revenue growth
