Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the AI strategy and operational transformation across the organization
• Identify, evaluate, and drive high-impact AI use cases aligned with strategic goals
• Develop frameworks and KPIs to measure business value from AI initiatives and champion AI cultural adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, technology enablement, or digital transformation
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformations and defining strategy & deployment
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data architecture, and cloud platforms
• Experience partnering with various teams to deliver AI-powered solutions
