Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to develop data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document and prioritize business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Conduct data analysis using SQL and BI tools to validate requirements and measure KPIs
• Manage product backlogs in an Agile environment and lead UAT efforts to ensure release readiness

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in SaaS or software environments
• Proven SQL experience for querying datasets and building analyses
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboarding
• Strong skills in requirement-writing and stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; certifications are a plus
