Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Finance/ERP Focus).

Key Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth knowledge of current Finance and business practices through shadowing and interviewing
• Analyze, draft, validate, and finalize comprehensive business and technical requirements for ERP integration
• Develop the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy and manage defect resolution proactively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile work environment
• Proven experience working with core financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, Reporting, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with major ERP systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Microsoft D365)
• Skilled in business process modeling, developing business cases, and creating user stories
• Fluent in English for all daily written and verbal communication
