Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Analyst 2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle complex claims with minimal supervision
• Manage a claim pending of approximately 175 files, primarily in litigation
• Negotiate settlements and document actions in the claim system for timely resolution

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of New Jersey workers' compensation claims experience
• Understanding of NJ workers' compensation statutes and procedures
• Background in insurance, healthcare, or legal industries
• Familiarity with medical terminology and injury treatments
