Senior Practice Success Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Practice Success Lead to drive success in clinical transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engages with Local Practice Operations and Clinical leadership teams to manage clinical transformation programs
• Oversees day-to-day operations and reports on key performance indicators of clinical transformation programs
• Develops tools and best practices for the Clinical Transformation team and collaborates with vendors on workflow changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience working with physicians, particularly radiologists
• Experience working with senior leadership is preferred
