Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for one or more teams and coach them in Agile best practices
• Proactively enable the team to become high performing and self-organized while removing obstacles
• Measure team performance and identify improvement opportunities through metrics and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Scrum Master Certification is desired
• Knowledge of Agile approaches, such as Kanban, and hands-on experience with Jira software
• Experience with PI Planning and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus
