A company is looking for a SME (Public Safety/RMS SME).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business process analysis for public safety departments focusing on law enforcement operations and compliance
- Analyze current-state RMS functionality and translate requirements into technical documentation
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to develop system requirements and support RMS adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or SME in law enforcement or public safety IT systems
- Deep knowledge of law enforcement Records Management Systems (RMS) and best practices
- Strong understanding of authority language and police administrative processes
- Experience with government agencies or large-scale RMS/CAD implementations is highly preferred
