UKG Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Pro WFM Senior Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, analysis, and implementation of UKG Pro WFM software
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide product training to clients
• Mentor junior consultants and maintain effective client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience with UKG software and leading implementations
• 3+ years working in a SaaS environment and with UKG or Legacy Ultimate/Kronos
• Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP are a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience across multiple verticals such as Healthcare, Public Sector, Manufacturing, and Retail
