Oracle Cloud CX Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud CX Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for Oracle CX Cloud solutions
• Configure and implement Oracle CX modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Commerce Cloud)
• Support solution design, integrations, and customizations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, or Visual Builder

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-7 years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle CX Cloud applications
• Strong knowledge of CRM processes such as lead-to-opportunity management and customer service
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
• Oracle CX Cloud certification (preferred)
