Job Summary

A company is looking for a 3(16) Consultant to work remotely with Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors regarding 3(16) responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with 3(16) requirements and oversee the creation of annual letters and other necessary documentation
• Manage projects and tasks within the PensionPro workflow system and monitor various eligibility and compliance deadlines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the retirement industry
• Direct client contact experience is required
• Experience with 3(16) fiduciary services preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with workflow systems like PensionPro preferred
