Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Practitioner or Family Physician to provide virtual care services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care to adult members through video consults and messaging on various health issues
• Document encounter summaries in the practice management system
• Collaborate with the Care Delivery team to meet member needs and provide culturally humble care

Required Qualifications

• MD and board certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
• Residency in Canada is mandatory
• Fluency in English is required
• 3+ years of experience in telehealth and pediatric experience
• Ability to provide direct member care for 5 hours per week as a part-time independent contractor
