Healthcare Operations Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Subject Matter Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional liaison between mission users and technical teams
• Support military medical workflows and operational logistics
• Participate in Agile/SAFe methodologies, including backlog refinement and user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Logistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in military healthcare operations, blood management, or medical logistics
• Strong understanding of military medical workflows and theater-level support requirements
• Knowledge of DoD health IT systems and data exchange requirements
• Ability to obtain secret security clearance required; TS/SCI preferred
