Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Eligibility & Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes supporting client technology goals
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to define and communicate business requirements
• Create and analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are integrated into system design

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in translating technical goals into actionable plans for clients
• Knowledge of Eligibility and Enrollment in the Member functional area
• Experience with Healthcare/MMIS, Service Now, ALM, and Jira
• Ability to influence and motivate team members effectively
