Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating software development life cycle (SDLC) activities
- Coordinating and leading functional and technical requirement gathering sessions
- Creating functional specifications and documentation for development and QA teams
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of business analysis and/or product design experience
- Experience utilizing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies
- Proven record of documenting, designing, and delivering technical solutions
- Knowledge or experience in EdTech or Case Management systems is a plus
