Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and configuration of clinical letters using FICO Blaze within GuidingCare
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements for healthcare systems
• Own and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including test planning and defect resolution

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with FICO Blaze for business rule management
• Strong knowledge of GuidingCare, especially in letter generation and integration workflows
• 5-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain
• Proven success in leading complex projects under tight deadlines
• Solid understanding of healthcare compliance and payer documentation standards
