What You’ll Be Doing:
• Guiding others through structured personal growth tools (we provide the training)
• Leading with purpose in a remote, flexible environment where you pick your hours
• Having meaningful conversations that spark clarity and transformation
• Growing your own mindset and leadership while helping others do the same
• Operating independently—generating warm leads; no cold calls, no chasing leads
• Interviewing potential clients via Phone and/or Zoom using a scripted process
