Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager to manage and track clinical projects that support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track clinical projects, supporting established committees and creating new work teams
• Analyze data and develop key interventions to support the Triple Aim, including creating work plans and workflows
• Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at performance improvement and track progress of action plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, International Medical Graduate, Master's Degree in Public Health, Hospital Administration, or Business Administration
• Five to seven years of experience in managed care, focusing on quality improvement or clinical operations
• Experience analyzing and presenting data to drive outcomes
• At least two years of project management experience in a medical group, IPA, or health plan setting
• Experience with CPT/HCPCS codes and managing clinical and quality improvement projects
