Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to support strategic real estate decision-making through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, cleanse, and validate real estate portfolio data; develop dashboards and visualizations to support strategic storytelling
• Create data-driven real estate forecasts and support capital and budget planning through scenario modeling
• Collaborate with technology leads to implement tools that enhance business processes and support strategic projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis, real estate strategy, or management consulting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data modeling; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL, or ESRI preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience in client-facing roles and working within cross-functional teams
