Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical AI Prompt Specialist with expertise in medical coding and healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine prompts for AI models to ensure accuracy in clinical and medical coding applications
• Collaborate with clinicians and coders to gather feedback and convert insights into prompt improvements
• Design and curate datasets from clinical and coding data to benchmark AI model performance

Required Qualifications

• Education: AAPC's CPC or AHIMA's CCS certification; additional training in clinical informatics or healthcare technology is a plus
• Experience: 3+ years in medical coding and 1+ years in healthcare technology
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in medical coding systems and familiarity with clinical data standards
• Experience with data analysis tools for processing clinical and coding datasets
• Preferred Attributes: Certification in medical coding and exposure to AI-driven healthcare applications
