Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker, LCSW to provide mental health support and case management services remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling and support services using evidence-based approaches for mental health and substance use issues
• Deliver crisis intervention and coordinate emergency services as needed
• Conduct psycho/social assessments and facilitate referrals to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Certification in a relevant specialty or field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health and substance use assessments
• Experience with marginalized or medically underserved populations is preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
