Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Solution Management team on a temporary remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and system enhancements
• Partner with engineering teams to validate proposed solutions and ensure successful implementation
• Conduct in-depth analysis and present findings to inform strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors
• Experience with Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0
• 8-10 years of proven expertise in analytical skills and testing methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfort with ambiguity and navigating complex project landscapes
