Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems using data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns within datasets to support decision-making
• Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on data analysis and market knowledge

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of business analysis experience
• 6+ years of managed care experience
• Experience in creating Business Requirements Documents, Test Plans, and User Training materials
• Participation in all project development stages including research, design, testing, and implementation
