A company is looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements; develop solution proposals and business process designs
- Support a large Dynamics CRM D365 implementation and collaborate with developers to validate solutions
- Conduct functional testing, create user documentation, and provide post-implementation support
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years as a Business Analyst with experience in enterprise CRM applications
- Proficient in documenting business processes and gathering functional requirements
- Experience collaborating with IT teams to align CRM designs with business objectives
- Skilled in developing testing and implementation plans with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; prior experience with CRM and ERP systems is preferred
