Regulatory Programs Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement Universal Service Programs (USPs) in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Evaluate performance standards of community-based organizations and contractors for PUC reporting and compliance
• Develop marketing initiatives and maintain relationships with community leaders and organizations to promote USP programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 7 years of equivalent experience in customer service or energy-related programs
• Five (5) years of experience in the electric utility industry or community-based organizations
• Experience in implementing programs for low-income families
• Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
