A company is looking for an Advisor-Implementation & Business Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of small business voice and data products, serving as the primary contact for customers
- Act as the subject matter expert for small business products and provide customer training and documentation
- Participate in special projects and maintain knowledge of new technologies and product offerings
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in telecommunications, customer service, or implementation
- Experience in a direct sales program is preferred
- Associate's degree is preferred
- Familiarity with relevant products and services
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite and customer information systems
