Implementation Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisor-Implementation & Business Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of small business voice and data products, serving as the primary contact for customers
• Act as the subject matter expert for small business products and provide customer training and documentation
• Participate in special projects and maintain knowledge of new technologies and product offerings

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in telecommunications, customer service, or implementation
• Experience in a direct sales program is preferred
• Associate's degree is preferred
• Familiarity with relevant products and services
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite and customer information systems
