Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current application structures and user interactions
• Serve as a liaison between clients and project teams to gather and clarify requirements
• Manage change requests and track tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables

Required Qualifications

• B.S. degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or equivalent experience
• Experience in developing business analysis deliverables like requirements documents and process diagrams
• Proficiency in using process mapping tools such as Visio
• Experience working on cross-functional teams in both agile and waterfall environments
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is preferred
