Job Summary

A company is looking for a 340B Analyst to manage compliance and financial optimization of the 340B Drug Discount Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the 340B Drug Pricing Program standards and compliance
• Provide training and support to covered entity leadership and staff on 340B practices
• Conduct regular audits and analyze data to ensure program integrity and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 2 year/Associates Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Information Technology/Analytics, Pharmacy, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience with pharmacy 340B required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Advanced knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and healthcare billing regulations
• Experience with 340B Split Billing Software and/or manual 340B operations
