Senior Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Analyst specializing in Remittance Processing and Lockbox.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and track project plans for new client setups and change orders in remittance processing
• Oversee the external client implementation process, including planning, issue resolution, and scheduling testing
• Identify, research, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure client needs are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, MIS, or related field with 3 years of experience, or HS/GED with 7 years of experience in project management
• Knowledge of industry trends, remittance products and services, and business processes
• Familiarity with transaction processing systems and formats
• Understanding of products and services, as well as industry association rules
• Must be 18 years of age or older
