- Champion configuration over customization and mentor senior consultants and customer teams
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of ITSM consulting and transformation experience with large organizations
- Deep knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL, IT4IT) with proven success in delivering outcomes
- Strong executive presence to influence leadership and guide strategic decisions
- Experience with AI, automation, and modern operating models in ITSM processes
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow CIS - IT Service Management and ITIL v4 Managing Professional
