Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - MMIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support technology goals
• Act as a liaison for the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) and lead business meetings with clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts and advanced analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Experience with requirement-mapping tools like Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Strong analytical skills and experience in business process re-engineering
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
