Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAP Commerce Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Commerce solutions to enhance customer service functionalities
• Drive the development of SAP Commerce B2C solutions to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SAP Commerce PCM functionalities for better product management

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SAP Commerce-Customer Service Functional and SAP Commerce-Backoffice Functional
• Expertise in SAP Commerce PCM Functional, SAP Commerce B2C Functional, and SAP Commerce B2B Functional
• Strong understanding of Crew management systems and Fleet management systems within the cruise domain
• Proficiency in translating complex business requirements into effective SAP Commerce solutions
• Experience in a hybrid work model
