Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Business Systems Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and propose options for utilizing and improving information systems and business processes
• Identify, analyze, document, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to information systems and business processes
• Lead medium to large projects or complex issues requiring broad perspective and in-depth analysis

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree with 4 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years of related experience, or high school degree with 8 years of related experience
• Depth and breadth of expertise within a relevant discipline
• Deep understanding of business, financials, products/services, or market
• Experience developing policies and procedures and recommending best practices
• Ability to advise and provide direction to junior professionals
