Adobe Delivery Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Director with expertise in Adobe applications and/or Adobe Cloud products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a delivery team, ensuring productivity, quality, and milestone achievement
• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and resource management of team members
• Serve as the main point of escalation for project teams and clients, ensuring adherence to best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience managing enterprise engagements
• Experience with Adobe applications and knowledge of SDLC and Agile processes
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience in the development industry
• 15+ years of IT industry experience, with at least 10 years in a services delivery organization
• Experience in eCommerce/Digital Services and familiarity with platforms like Adobe Commerce and AEM
