Job Summary
A company is looking for a Paycom Specialist to support advanced reporting, system optimization, and configuration enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and optimize advanced Paycom reports to meet compliance, operational, and leadership needs
- Make configuration changes within Paycom to support reporting and system optimization
- Provide strategic guidance and best practices to maximize Paycom's functionality
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on Paycom experience with proven expertise in advanced reporting and system configuration
- Strong background in HRIS optimization, compliance reporting, and workflow improvement
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying workload demands (16-20 hours/week)
- Industry experience in Energy & Utilities or related manufacturing preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
