Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paycom Specialist to support advanced reporting, system optimization, and configuration enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and optimize advanced Paycom reports to meet compliance, operational, and leadership needs
• Make configuration changes within Paycom to support reporting and system optimization
• Provide strategic guidance and best practices to maximize Paycom's functionality

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on Paycom experience with proven expertise in advanced reporting and system configuration
• Strong background in HRIS optimization, compliance reporting, and workflow improvement
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying workload demands (16-20 hours/week)
• Industry experience in Energy & Utilities or related manufacturing preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
