Tech Transformation Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Transformation Associate Six Sigma & RPA (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive client workshops to understand scope and process details
• Conduct high-level process and technical feasibility assessments
• Create transformation and automation solution designs, including business view and complexity assessments

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business transformation or business process improvement
• 2+ years of experience in business transformation for Fields programs preferred
• 5+ years of people management experience, including managing leaders
• Six Sigma Project Certification (Green or Black belt and LSS Certified)
• RPA Tools Certification (for design, not coding)
