Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current, unrestricted DC or VT Medical License
• Active practice in the field of ophthalmology
• Board Certified in ophthalmology
• Ability to work as an independent contractor (1099)
• Willingness to complete training and onboarding in less than one week
