Principal Technical Consultant (Top Secret)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Consultant (Integrations/AI) to provide expert implementation services with a focus on federal projects requiring top-secret clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications, ensuring best practices are followed
• Develop integration strategies and architectures while implementing the latest AI offerings from ServiceNow
• Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• Active security clearance required
• At least 8 years of experience in configuration/development for complex integration technologies
• Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Extensive experience with integration technologies and SaaS solutions
• Understanding of AI models, including Generative AI, and experience with ServiceNow's AI capabilities
