Key Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding of business requirements and document system enhancement scope for projects
• Lead and mentor the Claims IT team, providing guidance on system requirements and project scope management
• Engage in discussions with stakeholders to define and document complex business needs and system requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in functional system requirements analysis
• Experience with claims systems
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
