Learning Performance Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Learning & Performance Clinical - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess organizational performance gaps and provide strategic advisement on learning and development interventions
• Partner with stakeholders to align learning programs with business objectives and evaluate their impact
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions, and facilitate training sessions and workshops

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, training facilitation, or learning performance consulting
• Strong understanding and application of adult learning principles
• Experience using content authoring tools and learning technologies
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach
