A company is looking for a Consultant, Learning & Performance Clinical - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess organizational performance gaps and provide strategic advisement on learning and development interventions
- Partner with stakeholders to align learning programs with business objectives and evaluate their impact
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions, and facilitate training sessions and workshops
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in instructional design, training facilitation, or learning performance consulting
- Strong understanding and application of adult learning principles
- Experience using content authoring tools and learning technologies
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach
