A company is looking for a Principal Customer & Marketing Insights Analyst (Voice of Customer) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in research and insights, leading initiatives focused on customer needs
- Establish relationships with leaders to promote a culture of data-driven decision making
- Lead all aspects of quantitative and qualitative research, translating business needs into research designs and actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7 years of relevant experience in market research or customer insights
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Exceptional research, analytical, and reporting capabilities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
