Implementation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Lead to design and execute client onboarding processes for a new fintech platform serving higher education institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and standardize onboarding methodology and project templates for higher education institutions
• Lead client migration strategies and coordinate with technical teams on data migration
• Establish project management frameworks and monitor implementation timelines and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
• 5+ years of ERP and/or SIS implementation or project management experience
• 3+ years working with higher education institutions
• Project management methodology certification required (PMP, Agile, or similar)
• Experience with software implementations, preferably in fintech or edtech
