Business Analyst with UAT Experience

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst with Digital and UAT Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Strategic Operations Team in business transformation activities and assist with UAT for a new ERP system
• Design and improve business processes while collaborating with stakeholders and documenting requirements
• Create visual aids and artifacts to effectively communicate use cases to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in ERP implementation and organizational change management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and project management tools like Asana
• Ability to coordinate UAT and document business needs and specifications
