Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Business Process Manager to work collaboratively with the Services department as part of the Enterprise Applications team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on improvements to business processes and offer technical and strategic support for systems
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Applications team to ensure awareness of ongoing changes and their alignment with business progress
- Assist in the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of SaaS technologies for the assigned department
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience administering and/or implementing SaaS technologies
- 2+ years experience in a Client Services environment
- Significant experience with core processes vital to service delivery, such as quality assurance and personnel management
- Experience operating in a consultative manner to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, and systems integration philosophies
