Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Benefits Consulting Practice (Client Success) to lead strategic client engagement efforts and drive value for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the voluntary benefit market and serve as a strategic advisor to senior-level stakeholders
- Conduct regular client meetings to ensure alignment with business initiatives and identify areas for value creation
- Coordinate new or changing voluntary benefit offerings and collaborate with internal teams to drive enrollment and utilization
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in client success or consulting within voluntary benefits or related industries
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Life, Health & Accident licenses are required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment
- In-depth knowledge of employee benefits, focusing on voluntary benefits and related technologies
- Experience managing large employer groups (10,000+ employees) and demonstrated success in client retention and revenue growth
