Job Summary
A company is looking for an Occupational Health Call Center Clinician.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Occupational Health information and guidance to associates through the remote call center
- Screen associates for testing, quarantine, or monitoring needs and document all communications and recommendations
- Consult with managers for complex issues and maintain compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Completion of required education for clinical field
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-4 years of clinical experience required; previous clinical call center experience preferred
- Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist required upon hire
