Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analyst, Operational Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Underwriting leaders to define strategic priorities and influence business decisions
• Lead the development of analytical frameworks, performance dashboards, and forecasts for underwriting strategies
• Evaluate the underwriting pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and design process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in underwriting, risk analysis, operations strategy, or related analytical fields
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership through data storytelling and insights
• Track record of leading cross-functional projects with measurable business impact
• Technical expertise in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other BI tools
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS Analytics, etc.) is a plus
