Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements to ensure solutions meet real needs and minimize defects
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and assist with project planning and execution
• Support training efforts for end users and mentor junior staff members

Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience; graduate degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in a Project Management Organization is preferred
• Knowledge of project methodologies including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile
• Expert-level skills in business analysis, system analysis, and project management
