Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to develop business requirements for software and processes utilized by internal users and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an understanding of operational processes and systems to meet business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements for software and process changes
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field
• 5+ years of related experience
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing information
