A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to develop business requirements for software and processes utilized by internal users and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an understanding of operational processes and systems to meet business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements for software and process changes
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into technical specifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field
- 5+ years of related experience
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce
- Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing information
